I completed my PhD in Organization and Management Studies at Copenhagen Business School in 2022. Since then, I’ve been a postdoc at DPU, working on the EU Horizon project Gendered Empowerment Through Politics in Classrooms (G-EPIC).

My research sits at the crossroads of education, organization, management, and governance studies, with a particular focus on how gendered educational interests, career aspirations, and future dreams are formed. While I have a strong interest in science and technology education, my work with G-EPIC has also led me to delve into civics education and its role in fostering girls’ future political participation.

Theoretically, I’m grounded in Feminist New Materialism, including theories on affect, aesthetics, and visuality. Most lately, I’ve become fascinated by the beaming substance of glitter – yes, glitter! – which I am currently exploring as a means of education in the writing of my forthcoming book Feminist Organizing and Futures of Women in STEM: Exploring Sparkle, Shimmer and Shadow.
